All made lovingly by us in our workshop located in a small town in the Negev. If you look for something special and interesting for you, your home, your office or if you are looking for that unique gift with a story and value for a new home, you’ve come to the right place.
Please read our shop policies before making a purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to these shop policies.
Payment policy
We accept only PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with a credit card through PayPal, it is really simple:
go to your Cart, choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card, fill in your billing and credit card information, enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt, Click Continue to return to Checkout to review and submit your final order.
NOTICE: Your payment is not sent until you click Submit Order on our shop.
Items are being shipped only after the payment is clear.
Shipping Policy

Packages are sent via registered mail by Israel post.
Shipping handling time is between 3-5 days
Shipping to the USA usually takes between 14-28 days.
Packages to Europe and Canada usually arrives after 5-21 days.
Packages to Australia usually arrives after 14-31 days.
But sometimes it takes more than a month.
***Buyers are responsible for any customs, taxes or duty fees that may apply/or be applied by your destination country.***
We suggest that you contact your local customs agency prior to purchase to learn about the costs which may be incurred on the package at the time of delivery.
Please note that while not common, items can be delayed by customs and that we (the seller) are not responsible for this delay.
Once the package has been sent by us, We have no control of arrival times.
Mail may be delayed for various reasons (holidays, vacations, Weather)
We would appreciate your understanding and your patience.
Please pay attention that the shipping time during the holidays can be extended to more than a month!! please order early enough.
We thank you for your patience and understanding that any delays of the shipping company is out of our hands and our responsibility.
GERMANY-For shipping to Germany please note that based on previous experience the screening process and delivery of the German postal service is longer ,please allow an additional week for arrival.
Your purchase will be shipped to your address, as you write it. Please make sure it is correct.
Our items are packed with a lot of love in our unique and usually recycled package.
If you want to send it as a gift you can specify the address and we’ll be happy to send it on your behalf, we can even add a card with the text you will request.
Please notice- We can not be responsible for orders that did not reach their destination after more than 70 days from the date of order! – please let us know about any problems.
Refund Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know. Items can be changed or returned to us and money will be refunded (minus shipping fees). Returning of items must be made within 7 days from the day of accepting them, in a non usable state, in their original box and bubble wrap. We shall not be able to accept or refund items returned otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS: We aim to send shipments as soon as we can, so any cancellations must be made within 60 minutes of purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellations after that time because your item may have already been shipped. We do not offer cancellations on custom orders.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: If your item has been damaged during shipping, please report it to us with photos of the damage immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipper. We will replace it once you’ve done this.
We do not accept returns on damaged items unless we have been notified of shipping damage, with documentation of the damage.
RETURNS: An unused item in its original condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us BEFORE returning an item. If the item is returned to us in its original condition, free of damage, we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item, less a 10% re-stocking fee.
Please attach a copy of the invoice/order with name and address in the envelope! NO cancellations OR returns on custom items or made-to-order items (like items which have been painted expressly for you).
Please contact us within 3 days from receipt.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: If you have not claimed your item from the Post Office and it has been returned to us, we cannot offer you a refund. Please take note of our shipping notifications and claim your packages. We can re-ship your item to you once you’ve paid for the item to be re-shipped.
Repairs:
In case the product was damaged in less than 30 days we will repair or replace the item depending on the damage. Please contact us so solve this out.
Item that damaged 30 days and more after receipt –
we can repair with an additional fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item.

We use the best and the finest materials for our jewelry.
To keep the jewelry over time we recommend :
Avoid all contact with water, perfume, body lotion or sweat.
It is recommended to store your jewelry in a closed box when you are not wearing it.
COLORS: All monitors display color differently. We try hard to accurately convey our products to you, but we cannot guarantee that colors will look the same in person as they do on your computer screen. If you want to make sure the color is right for you, you can purchase our color swatches to ensure accuracy. Otherwise you assume the risk that the color may vary from what you are expecting.
MECHANICS: Clock movements are guaranteed for 1 year after purchase. We cannot guarantee or replace clocks that have been mishandled–please only use the dial on the back to adjust the hands and do not impede the movement of the hands while the battery is running. Do not move one or both hands while battery is inserted. Use of the clock in this manner will void the 1 year guarantee. We recommend using fresh brand name batteries.
